Friday afternoon, we were set up to play the Delta Rabbits. Earlier in the season (at the Richfield Tourney), we played Delta and lost in OT. So we were ready to battle. We wanted the win bad. It was a game where we took off in the first quarter and never looked back - definitely more relaxing than the previous night's game.
We had a great crowd there - you can see in the top left pic. And one of the cool things (I thought) was that the girls used the same locker rooms as the college kids. I had to get the pic of the coaches coming out of the tunnel after the half. (Cristen looks like she's confused about why I'm taking her pic - just smile.)
Delta was definitely a tough contender - they had been ranked #1 most of the season. But with this win we were seeded for the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME against Emery (BOOO!).
That is a funny shot of Cristen. That is so cool to get to play at the Huntsman center. I really wish I could have been there! Dang it!
