On June 22nd, we woke up VERY early to meet the Clowards and the new Mission Presidents at Magleby's for breakfast. It was delish even though we were the first customers of the day (too early!). And then we dropped the new missionaries off at the MTC.
They would only allow us to go to the front gates. We weren't really ready to say goodbye (even though it was only for 5 days!), so it felt tramatic.
But they looked ready to go!
The next day they were part of the Work of Salvation Worldwide Broadcast. It was lots of fun to see their bright, smiling faces at that conference and hear the enthusiasm for missionary work. Sister Carlson even gave us a "sign" (by rubbing her ear) that she loved us. :)
