Rachel's Wedding Day

Rachel and Mitch were married on the warmest morning in weeks on January 10th, 2013.  It was sunny and "warm".  They were married in the Salt Lake Temple.
So adorable!

I had a minor castrophope on the way to the temple.  I was in the middle of  the process of getting my teeth fixed, and broke off my temporary bridge on the way.  I was horrified, but thankfully Brent had a smart idea to "glue" it back on with toothpaste.  And while Rachel and Mitch were finishing their pictures, we ran to his office to get a new piece placed.  Thank heavens for Brent!

We made it back just in time for the Wedding Luncheon at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.

There was a great turn out of family and friends.  And the food was YUMMY!

All week we had heard on the news that we would be getting a severe winter storm hitting Ogden at 3 PM.  We got back to Mom and Dad's house a few minutes before 3 PM and what do you know, the blizzard started right on time.  According to the news that night, Roy (where Rachel's reception center was) got 8 inches in 2 hours!  And we can all confirm that that was true!  It did push back some things like pictures and such, but everything was still beautiful and lovely.

Everything was gorgeous.  Dad had us all crying when he danced with Rachel, and then we all shook what our mama gave us afterwards.  It was a perfect night.
