Our Crazy December

We have had a crazy December! Since Cami has been helping with student government this year, our lives have been sooo much busier. The stud gov kids set a goal to raise $15,000 for Sub for Santa ($5,000 more than last year). That may not seem like a lot, but for Price that was a big feat. So we Stuffed the Bus at Walmart, did "odd jobs" for donations, caroled, had a "Hey! You're Great!" Book signing, among other things. My little service club did their annual "Penny Wars" and raised $700! It was really fun to watch the kids work so hard for their goal. Oh yeah, and the kids more than achieved their goal! We were able to help so many families in our community.

In the meantime, we were trying to get ready for Christmas and finishing up a lot of school work. And Brent started working on my new teeth. You can see the temporaries in the pic. I LOVE my new smile!

It was awesome! We got more snow in one day than we got all of last year. Seriously!

We ended up, however, in not one or two, but THREE car accidents in the past two weeks. Gratefully, the only physical damage was on the back end of my car. But we were truly blessed. Repeatedly.

We had a great christmas. It was very nice to see the boys open their gifts from Santa. Right after getting home from mom's Christmas Day, I came down with the flu. But I was happy to be home and not have to worry about getting a Sub and lesson plans ready.

I'm blogging from an app, and I hope to get some pics uploaded to this post. We'll see.
