Here is a sampling of our trip to Cancun!
We just returned back to the cold, but we enjoyed the warmth and relaxation of the Mexicans.
We had an fantastic week snorkeling, visiting Chichen Itza (the Mayan ruins), relaxing on the beach, and eating yummy Mexican food. Cami also went spinnaking (the parachute swing) while we were out on the snorkeling boat.
We were amazed with the hard-working attitudes of the people but also their ability to enjoy life. Sometimes I think that we get too caught up in the little things to enjoy what we have...other people in the world are so much better than Americans, in general, at enjoying life.
One last thing...the best guacamole I've ever had was made fresh at Margaritaville! Seriously, it was Yum-O!
WOW! That looks so amazing! I am so happy you got to have some rest and relaxation! It looks like that swing/parachute thing was a rush. I love the pic of Cami posing so nicely at the beach. I can't wait to hear about the details.
