What We Live For...

...At Least For Now!

Girls' Basketball has become an addiction for me! First of all, my sister, Rachel, is an amazing player. She has had an incredible senior year, and unfortunately it ended too early...but she proved to be so much more than just a good player. She is so talented, but she is strong, determined, and dedicated. These are all qualities every coach wants. I truly admire you, Ra!

My other obsession has been our high school team. Cami has been the head coach now for 2 years...and it is not an easy job. It takes a lot of time, organization, patience, focus, knowledge, sympathy, and love to be a good coach - and I think that Cami is a great coach! She has worked hard (along with her great team) to make it to the State Championship. We are looking forward to tough competition, but hope to do well.

I have learned over the last few years, that while it may be "just a game"...athletics are valuable and can truly bring out the best in people. (Although...I will admit that when I think there's been a bad call...I'm not at my best!!! - But I'm working on that! :)) It's a pretty good thing to live for...
